Low-Impact Exercise 

Now is the time for free Yoga workouts all over the internet or on television. Yoga or Pilates are not only great for fitness but also for stress reduction. Combine a 30-minute walk with a dose of sunshine and you are setting yourself up for fitness and a happier mood to follow. 

Stay Motivated By Setting A COVID – 20 Goal 

Yes, this is 2020 and the situation has changed. What are you going to do about it? Get fit! Get Strong! You have the time. Set a goal for your fitness during this time! Make your goal specific, measurable, action-oriented, reasonable, and time-specific. I will walk for 30 minutes 5 out of 7 days a week. AND, I will start each day with 30 minutes of yoga!

Positive Thinking 

And now is the time to focus on what you CAN control … Your fitness. Turn off the news program and focus on making the most of this situation. And even if you don’t feel like it, do it anyways … I promise you will thank yourself!
